On Monday between 12noon and 2pm on October 23, 2023, while I was away from my house buying groceries, a Georgia USA Bartow County Sheriff knocked on my front door and told my husband, Dr. Edward DeBartolo, that the detectives in Michigan think that I am crazy, and in addition, the Bartow Co. Sheriff stated that Cindy Appel thinks I am crazy, and therefore the Bartow County police officer concluded that I must be crazy. The Georgia officer gave warnings to my husband that I must stop reporting information about Cindy Appel and her associates-as were orders from the Ottawa Co. Michigan detectives, given by a Bartow County Georgia USA Sheriff. The GA police officer warned my husband I would go to jail or a mental hospital-taken away-just like what happened in Michigan when I reported Cindy Appel's crimes to various police jurisdictions-warning my husband, who then reiterated to me what the Georgia Bartow County Officer stated to him on October 23, 2023> my husband then relaying to me on Monday October 23, 2023 that the police officer would see to it, that I would not return from the mental hospital- or jail-but stay there permanently-and die there. My husband relayed to me all details of "conversation" the officer had to say to him, to then relay to me and warn me = the GA police officer would see to it that I stay in a mental hospital or jail cell permanently for reporting crimes that I believe or know Cindy Appel committed. My husband told me, warned me, if an ambulance pulls up in the driveway that the police would be here to take me away to kill me. I believe that all people should have their DNA profile next to their social security number and those who do not have a social security number- place DNA profile on USA VISA- Passports. The benefit to the victims of a crime -many crimes have a great chance of being solved within 2 weeks. If you were to report a human trafficking case on the FBI's Submit-A-Tip online form, on the second page is a red star line for the known *Passport Number, which means you have to input the red star info or the FBI online form cannot be submitted. If one was reporting human trafficking to the FBI, you would be required to also know the Passport Number of the victim. Making an FBI investigation into human trafficking nearly impossible, even though human trafficking and kidnapping across state lines or country borders is exactly what the FBI is paid by job duties to investigate and solve. Richard Craig Vander Ark- DOB: August 2, 1955, Grand Rapids, Michigan moved out West in 1975- specifically Sacramento Air Force Base that is now closed. In 1976-1977 Ric Vander Ark began murdering with his biological mother Cindy Ann Stob-Vander Ark-Honderd-Appel and the notorious Janice Hooker once married to Cameron Hooker (got 104 years in prison). Cindy's husband Chuck Vander Ark was a builder by trade skill and would build 1977-1984 the wooden head boxes in the basement of 8271 Curwood Drive, Jenison, Michigan, 49428, Lamplighter Estates, backs up to Hagar Park in Ottawa Co. Ric was not involved with the murder of Deb Polinsky, that occurred mid-summer 1977. Garvick informed me that Ric's discarded DNA had recently been tested by the California FBI in Montana and Ric is indeed the one that over 100 detectives have been looking for over many decades, but the CIA is not allowing for Ric Vander Ark's arrest, and the case is now taking a turn. Therefore, the FBI would be profiling and pinning another for the California murders utilizing Sacramento and Paul Holes going into retirement for their cooperation.

In December 2016- Cindy Vander Ark-Honderd married Jim Appel, becoming Cindy Appel. In 2017- Dirk Boone- a cold case detective for the Ventura County District Attorney told me over the phone in 2017 that the State of California has had on DNA profiled record- DNA proof since the 1980s that indeed- Richard Craig Vander Ark and David Lee Vander Ark are indeed the East Area Rapists dubbed Golden State Killers- along with their biological mother Cindy- but that "his boss" (Dirk Boone's boss) is not going to allow warrants to be signed and served because that would open-up a whole can of worms on their mother Cindy's earlier crimes that involved the FBI. And the FBI is insisting to keep that lid of crimes closed. Boone-informed me that the FBI is "fully aware" that Cindy was in the backseat when the 1969 San Francisco taxicab driver was shot in the head by the Zodiac Killer- when a failed baby abduction went awry in San Francisco for Bethany Christian Services- an unsolved murder of an innocent taxicab driver for asking too many questions- making the FBI nervous- so the Zodiac Killer handled the situation in a way the FBI had directed- it's all in the police report of 1969- 1970 a report the FBI wants buried forever because the Zodiac Killer was FBI. Notorious crimes unsolved? But not prosecuted or brought into the light. The FBI is also apparently very aware since 1971- that Charles Vander Ark Jr. was D.B. Cooper and the Zodiac Killer was his accomplice in many of his crimes-including the Times Square Murders of 1979. No apparent justice for the victims so that the serial killers can continue undeterred and unexposed- with big budgets from Congress funding crimes! The FBI facilitates most baby, child and adult abductions according to Cindy Appel. Cindy told me that the FBI also handles the "sales end" of abductions and makes the investigations "go away."
In the spring of 2018 Cindy Appel (Ric Vander Ark's mother) informed me that she had a conversation with Gina Haspel and Gina in March of 2018, stated in bold confidence that the CIA would make sure another would be arrested in place of Ric for the Golden State Killer malice crimes (Interview administration at Stillwater Christian School, Kalispell, MT). Gina agreed with Cindy that Ric cannot be interviewed and exposed. June 2018, Cindy informed me that DeAngelo would die and the case buried. Or if the EAR/GSK court case goes to court> NO DNA evidence will be presented publicly by the prosecution or requested to be displayed publicly by defense attorneys for Joseph James DeAngelo. I would best describe my life as a deep investigative dive into the study of crime, the study of humanities, and the study into the components that glue governments together- for better or worse. On November 28th, 2022, the Ottawa County Michigan Sheriff's Dept. in Michigan had a respectable sounding woman call me at my residence in Georgia to warn me "not to tell on Cindy and her sons, the uncaught serial killers murdering people in America." Or, in retaliation, she/Ms. Sampson (at the Ottawa County Intervention Crisis Team) would contact the Bartow County Sheriff's Dept. in Georgia and have me arrested for what I said about Cindy and her biological sons committing felony crimes. Her/Ms. Sampson's Midwest voice sounded distinctly West Michigan in accent, she sounded methodical, slow-steady speech pattern, with a base of reason and logic, a dash of sincerity, controlling, a tone of authority. Perhaps in her 30s, somewhat young sounding. In addition, she/Ms. Sampson did not want me talking to anyone or emailing any police dept. or investigator in any State in America or Canada on what information I know concerning Janice Hooker, a colleague of Cindy's through Bethany Christian Services, regarding a human trafficking organization's activities involving any abductions, torture, drugging, murders and the like, etc. that I may know about through Cindy Appel. The lady, Ms. Sampson, stated that I am crazy and there are resources for mental people that she can resource and provide if she had to, and she also stated that it was the Ottawa County Sheriff's Dept. and the Ottawa County Prosecutor that requested her/Ms. Sampson to call and put a stop to me reporting to the police and FBI about murders and kidnappings committed by Cindy and her biological sons and their colleagues. Beginning on November 28-30th, 2022, I received at my home multiple threats and intimidation from the women calling herself Ms. Sampson at the Ottawa County Crisis and Intervention Team to keep my mouth shut about what I know and remember about 1977 (when I was seven years of age). The odd thing- the woman giving me the threats sounds voice-like as if she was born after 1977- so why would "she" want me to keep my mouth shut? Why would she care if I talk about crimes committed by Cindy Honderd-Appel and Janice Hooker to detectives? June 12, 2023, 9:55am EST "she" called on "Agent Line" to my residence again on Monday morning, going by the name "Ingrid". However- when I call the main line for MET on June 20th, 2023 at 4:22pm to find out why and where is our check refund for MET-due to the fact my son Eddie has multiple scholarship offers-and we provided proof 2 weeks prior- I realize then- rather learn that the woman who called me on June 12th, 2023- at 9:55am is no longer working at MET- and that "she" impersonated her boss Ingrid is the likely scenario of what occurred according to the MET staff woman I spoke with at 4:22pm to 4:35pm on June 20th, 2023 EST, who claims "Sarah" has left MET- no longer working at MET and then she put me through to Ingrid's voicemail- I left no message- but learned Ingrid is not Ingrid. MET Michigan Education Trust- gave "her" access to sensitive information on the MET contract-including social security numbers-and now the MET refund file is stuck with Ingrid-apparently the real Ingrid- the boss of "her"-and has yet to be handled correctly by the State of Michigan MET and process the refund. "She" apparently was only using her manager's name "Ingrid" to call me? on June 12, 2023, claiming to work for the Michigan Treasury Department, calling on "Agent Line 1.517.335.0002" at 9:55am EST. Stating that her direct line is 1.517.335.1889 State of Michigan in Lansing, Michigan and claiming the State of Michigan wants me dead for what I exposed about the Ottawa County Michigan Sheriff's detectives. MET also gave "her" access to MET contracts. OMG! Who is paying her salary? The State of Michigan? Ottawa County? Bethany Christian Services? Ottawa County Michigan does not want the 1977 solvable homicide of Deb Polinsky solved- the authorities and the criminals alike do not want DNA Warrants issued as it would just open a can of worms into the police purposely not solving the 1977 Deb Polinsky unsolved homicide and the incorrectly solved Southern California Hillside Murders (1977-1980) committed by Cindy and her biological sons following the demise of Deb Polinsky mid-summer 1977. I am not going to shut-up about the corruption and the crimes.
